Nepalese Embassy in your homeland issues visa for Nepal. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, you can also issue arrival visa for 15 days, 30days & 90 days by paying the fee of $25, $40, and $100 respectively where you have to carry two-passport size photo along with you.
The best season for this trek is from March –May and September- November. During these seasons the weather is perfect (clear & warm). You can also enjoy the trek on May to September.
Yes, we deliver you the transportation facilities, international airport pick up and drop off services as per the size of group. Outside the arrival terminal, our staff will be there to welcome you with the company or group name board for your convenience.
It is compulsory to have your travel insurance before you visit Nepal. For instance, if you are coming for trekking and Alpine climbing you must have High Altitude Insurance. For Tour & sightseeing you should have purchased travel insurance.
You must be physically fit & sound for trekking in Nepal. We advise you to do physical exercise at least 2-3 hours to prepare for this trekking. Kindly inform us in advance in regards to your medical status or any medical problems you have such as blood pressure, asthma, and heart diseases.
It depends upon the altitude and remoteness of the trekking route. Higher the altitude, it’s more difficult to trek. Generally, trekking below 3,000m is easy.
Basically, teahouse and lodges are available depending upon the trekking route, which serves different varieties of cuisine. They provides generally Nepali, continental and Indian food. We recommend not consuming meat items & drink sufficient amount of liquid items during the trekking.
It depends upon the package and location. Generally, we provide accommodation to our clients in 3 to 4 star hotels in Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara. During the trekking, we accommodate you in best available lodges and teahouses in standard rooms on twin sharing basis and occasionally dormitory on busy seasons. For the luxury package, as per the availability, we will provide you the accommodation on 5 star hotel & boutique hotels.
It depends upon on places you travel. We arrange domestic airplane and helicopter as a air transportation. On the other hand, we have a serviced of Hiace, Tourist Bus, Car, Jeep as a means of ground transfer.
It is highly unpredictable about the weather condition in Mountains. So, we must always be prepared to tackle the cold, as it will be cold, dry, mild, windy & snowfall in Mountains. During March – May & September- November, morning temperature will be 0°C to 5°C at the altitude of (3000m-6000m) then it will rise up to 20°C to 25°C at day and during night it might fall down till -5°C t0 -15°C. Similarly, during December, January & February (Winter) there will be heavy snowfall in the mountain and temperature will goes down till -15°C at night due to heavy snowfall. It will be around -5˚C to 5˚C at morning and will rise up to 10˚C-15˚C at daytime. And during June to August (Monsoon Season) there will be continuous and heavy rainfall. However, the ratio of rainfall to the altitude of above 3000m will decrease. At this time, temperature during the day will reach up to 20˚C -25˚C high & reduce till -5˚C where morning and evening will be range from 5˚C to 15˚C.
You must need to have very warm, waterproof, windproof, comfortable trekking/hiking boots for trekking in the mountains. Beside that you should have quick dry t-shirts, trouser and towels are necessary.
Yes, this trip is safe for solo travelers. However, you can hire guide and porter for your assistance through out the trip.
We insinuate you to carry cash (Nepali Currency) during the trekking. However, you can also your debit/credit card in major cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan for your personal expenses.
This is the very important question that every trekker should be aware. Kindly note that we have included rest days in your itinerary during the trip to acclimatize in thin air. Furthermore, your guide will suggest you to drink more soup and garlic, which we believed to help in high altitude. Beside that, your guide will be carrying Diamox medicine, which helps to reduce altitude sickness.
To give tips to guide and porters is a small gesture of thankfulness for the service. However, we didn’t fixed the amount of tips and it’s completely depends upon you and the level of satisfaction from your guide and porters service during the trekking. This tip system will really help to support their family living and encourage for the best services.
Your guide is carrying a mobile phone and you can request him to make a call and there are also telephone and Internet facilities available in the most places during trekking.
Your electronic gadgets charging facility is available on trekking. However, it depends upon the altitude and location. Hence, you can charge the gadgets paying NRS 100 to 500 NRS for service.
Yes, it is possible to extend your trip. You can let you guide know about it and we will arrange the logistic as per necessary.
